Anyim Joshua Aondoakula is a Physics graduate from the Benue State University, Makurdi and currently works as a Network Surveillance Specialist(NSS)/Network Operations Centre(NOC) Officer with Infravision Ltd. He is a talented compere, pencil artist and volunteer with Elohim Development Foundation(EDF), Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative(SI4Dev), Samuel Ioron Foundation and Connected Development(CODE). As part of his volunteer work, he monitored the Nigerian general elections conducted by INEC on the 23rd February and 9th March, 2019 as a domestic observer under CODE, has organized and carried out various outreaches with EDF and SI4DEV targeted at the youth and the less privileged in the society, the most recent of which was the Kick Malaria out campaign on the 27th April, 2019 at Unguwan Guragu in Karamijiji, a community of the physically challenged persons in Abuja, Nigeria. He has also over the years under SIF been involved in buying educational materials for female students, working on teaching programs in rural communities and also participating in intercultural dialogue to break barriers affecting girl child education. Prior to this, he has worked in the past as a physics teacher at Government Senior Secondary School, mararaban-Akunza Lafia, Nasarawa State (2012-2013); basic technology and further mathematics teacher at Madonna Girls Secondary School Lafia, Nasarawa State (2013-14); Physics teacher at Mount Saint Gabriel Secondary School, Makurdi Benue State(2014-15) and also a Direct Sales Associate(DSA) with Skye bank(2015-16). He is currently at a turning point in his life in that he is trying to unlearn the old ways of doing things that hardly worked for him. He strongly believes in giving back to the society and is always ready and willing to carry out any assignment aimed at making his immediate community and the world at large a better place. Anyim is diligent, initiative, a good team player, can easily adapt and have excellent communication and networking skills.
