Anietie Umoren is an emerging Industrial/Organisational Psychologist and Administrator. Finished from the University of Ibadan with M.Sc (Industrial/Organisational Psychology) in 2017. He had over 10 years experience in administration and management, research and publication. He is currently the Program/Publication Officer of the Nigerian Economic Society. He is a member of professional bodies in Nigeria, such as a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Foundation Graduate Member, Nigerian Association of Industrial and Organisational Psychologists (NAIOP). He has published in both national and international academic journals in the field of psychology and industrial/organisational psychology. His areas of specialisation include, leadership, research and development, test development and construction, work-life issues, employer/employee wellbeing, etc. In addition, he is being trained as a wellness coach. As an extracurricular activity, Mr Umoren works with community youths and engages in community development.
