Through out four focus areas of governance, education, enterprise and health, we will work with and through our fellows, with their full ownership and community participation, to further fine-tune and target the programs outlined below.
1.
SWAP – Serving with Accountability and Purpose (2019 – 2023)
Objective – Improve service delivery and increase community participation in politics through voter education and awareness.
2.
INVEST – Innovative Ventures for Economic Stimulus (2018 – 2020)
Objective – Support business education, advisory/credit facilities and civic awareness for entrepreneurs and community-based enterprises
3.
ADVANCE – Advancing Development in Community and Education (2018 – 2020)
Objective – Promote community and social development through improved educational inputs, outputs and outcomes
4.
IMPROVE HEALTH – Sustainable Partnerships for Enhancing Care (2019 – 2021)
Objective – Contribute to evidence-based health care or public health interventions and policy decision making for improvement in health outcomes.
While these planned programs will not provide capacity building and support to every single influencer in Nigeria, it does offer the opportunity to reach an exponential number of change makers and from them to their communities.
Without our interventions, hundreds of budding change makers will miss out and continue to function below an optimal level leading to de-motivation, gaps in improvement and delays in Nigeria being able to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
All programs will endeavor to come up with an action plan for a PILOT. The pathway for all programs will be PIES (Plan, Implement, Evaluate, Scale)
Plan – Develop and action plan with milestones, metrics and benchmarks for a small intervention
Implement – Maximize chances of goals being met (flexibility, stakeholder buy-in, etc.);
Evaluate -Learn from the experience and input our learning into future action plans;
Scale – Demonstrate success and extend the scope of the plan.
