Felicia Robert-Elijah is a development expert and also an entrepreneur with passion for catering services especially Akwa Ibom Cuisine. She is the CEO of Equal Access for Youth and Women Initiative (EQUAYWIN), an NGO dedicated to improve access to healthcare services, education and economic empowerment for women, youth and children. She has over 11 years experience in project implementation and management with focus on social development issues. Her work covers advocacy, service delivery, evaluation, facilitation and organization development with range of international and intergovernmental organization and grant making foundations. Felicia has skills but not limited to; Resource mobilization, research, financial management, M & E, project management and report writing skills. She holds PGD in Management (2013), HND in Accountancy (2009) from University of Maiduguri and OSISATECH Polytechnic respectively. She is a Fellow of MSH/PEPFAR Health Professional Program – Cohort H, Young Business Leaders of Nigeria (Budding Entrepreneurs) – Cohort 1, Management in Health by World Bank – Cohort 1. In addition, she has obtained various online courses such as HIV/AIDS Fundamentals, PMTCT, M & E, Data Quality Management, Gender & Reproductive health from Global Health e-Learning as well as Diploma in Project Management from Alison Certification Program. Felicia is a member of YALI, currently shortlisted for Cohort 7 online training, committed/active YALI network face2face group, Akwa Ibom Chapter and a PARTNER, Strategic and Innovation for Development (SI4DEV)
