Year 2022 second quarter AGENDA.
A REPORT FROM THE GENERAL MEETING OF MINNA LOCATION OF SI4DEV held on the 5/4/2022.
The meeting was held at MAWO INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Minna. With three members in attendance

We deliberated on how far we have come and the next step we want to take, to keep the organization active and promote development in our immediate communities.
We agreed that to start the second quarter of the year 2022, we were going to start with sensitisation visits to
– Football fields
– religious places
– commercial car parks.
– mechanic workshops
– market places
( 3 ) different spots of the above mentioned locations have been agreed to be visited before the end of the exercise.
Our visit is to promote the importance for all eligible citizens to go and get their permanent voters card.
We agreed to compose short speeches to deliver during the sensitisation visit, and equally accompany it with hand bill or fliers with short inscriptions on them about the importance of acquiring the PVC.
Although our financial capacity is low , we agreed that Mr Salawu find out what the cost of producing the fliers so that we can strategies how to raise the funds..
Finally the meeting was adjourned to a future date that will be announced soonest.
We thank everyone that has been supporting our activities in prayers, materials and even physical presence.
With God on our side , more success will come to us all.
