Akaninyene Patrick Obot is a native of Ikot Uboh in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is a young man of thirty six (36) years in age. He has a master degree holder in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I am married and blessed with twin baby girls. Currently, he is the Program Manager of the Akwa Ibom State pilot Community Based Health Initiative Program (CBHIP), primary Health Centre, Ukana Ikot Ideh, Essien Udim Local Government Area. CBHIP seeks to make healthcare services equitable and affordable to all without discrimination through resource pooling. He is deeply involved in resources mobilization, advocacy/sensitization and collaborating with relevant partners to achieve UNSDG3 “Health coverage for all with no one left behind”. He also a volunteered under the federal government of Nigeria youth social investment programme, NPower with the Akwa Ibom State Agricultural Development Programme (AKADEP), Ikot Ekpene as Agricultural Extension Officer where we take innovations to the rural farmers and subsequent feedback. He is currently acting as the VOLUNTEER CHANGEMAKER - YOUTH REPRESENTATION/INCLUSION PROJECT (African Leadership Institute on Project Pakati Youth Advisory Board). An ambassador of EVIDENCE INFORMED POLICY MAKING (European Commission, Joint Research Centre, Pretoria, South Africa) He is Alumni of the following programs: GLOBAL OPEN DATA FOR AGRICULTURE AND NUTRITION (GODAN) (Online training on Open data), COMMONWEALTH 100 COMMON PURPOSE COHORT (Online Open Source Leadership- Interconnected, Accessible, Awake, Trustworthy, and Quick), AFRICAN CHANGE MAKERS COHORT 2 FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM (Online training to share, collaborate and learn everything on civic engagement, entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, social enterprise and mentorship) and YOUNG AFRICAN LEADERS INITIATIVE (YALI) COHORT 6 ONLINE PROGRAM (YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa, Accra, Ghana)
