Akwa Ibom State Pilot Community Based Health Insurance (CBHI), Primary Health Centre, Ikot Ideh, Essien Udim Local Government Area hosted the entire participants of the Senior Executive Course (SEC) 41, 2019 study group one of National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Nigeria on the 16th May, 2019. The team visited Akwa Ibom State to assess the healthcare service delivery and uptake of services.
The team was led by Rear Admiral A. Eluwa (Directing Staff) and Ambassador Usman Sarki (Directing Staff).
The team presented a cheque of one hundred thousand naira (N100, 000) with a sourvenir. The CBHI BOT Chairman, Chief Michael Akpabio, the Program Manager, Mr. Akaninyene Obot with other staff of the program and facility were on ground to lecture the team on CBHI.
