Here is his story…..
My name is Ogunjobi Babajide Francis. I am 33 years old from Ekiti State Nigeria. Graduated from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta Studied Agriculture (Plant Breeding and Seed Technology)and currently rounding up my MBA in the same University. am an associate member of CIPM, Full member of CIPDM, Associate member of ISMN, graduate member of NITAD and NIM. I am the immediate past General Secretary of CIPM Ogun State and the current Treasurer of CIPM Ogun State. I work with Industrial Training Fund Ogun State Branch as a training and development officer.
I have a strong and resilience passion to render assistance to the less privilege in the society most especially disadvantaged orphans, motherless, widows and the senior citizens (aged). So, I founded a charity organization named Gifranc Empowerment and Charity Foundation. The mandate of the foundation is coined around making lives better and putting smiles on the faces of the less privilege in the society. I have reached out to numerous people through the foundation by providing school uniforms, writing materials and paying school fees to poor students on different occasions, providing food items and financial support to the aged during the pandemic also monitor effective capacity building skills to youths organized by my organisation where I work (Industrial Training Fund). I have also visited correctional center to give motivational talks to young inmates and I hope to start a skill acquisition program with them soon. Gifranc Empowerment/Charity Foundation was founded on 9th April 2009 and it’s registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria with registration number RC NO: 148390
My inspiration comes from within. I am intrisically motivated. I feel so happy and fulfil whenever I render assistance to people in need most especially those that don’t have helpers.
my advice to young people is to be an agent of change. Be the light that shines brightly so that others can emulate your foot step
