Esimaje Michael Onoseme is the founder and CEO of Smart Gate Technologies and Consulting. he is a Social Development Professional, Software Engineer Recruiter and a Business Developer at COLLETT Ausbildner NIGERIA (a Swiss Based Social Enterprise).He’s a certified International Youth Journalist, Health Safety and Environment Officer (ISPON), Digital Business Manager, IRATA Rope Access level 1 Technician, STEM Educator and a Google level “6” Local guide on internet governance, he’s also a regional Coordinator for Commonwealth Youth Peace ambassadors network (CYPAN)(2016) and an Alumni of the African Presidential Leadership Program (APLP) Award 2019 in Egypt.
He’s the Executive Director of Smart Gate Technologies and Consulting a Digital solution startup poised at solving the issues of joblessness and waste of Resources via the Internet of things (IOT). He’s a Youth_Can_Lead Ambassador 2018 , youth for Technology Ambassador(July 2017) and local Cordinator for Africa Students for liberty (ASFL)(June 2017). Esimaje has been pushing for liberty focused change since 2016 and he became an Atlas freedom Advocate August 2018 (Award by Atlas Network USA). Esimaje has been involved in creative writing since 2013. He Currently Seats on the advisory board of QHnets Technology Initiative a digital platform targeted at increasing innovative IOT solutions from the Niger Delta to other parts of Africa. He Consult Intermittently as a Project Management Trainer with Verse IT International.
He’s also a Climate Justice Advocate. His recent activities include community development research for the commonwealth youth peace network (CYPAN), Social Activism and representing Nigeria as a leadership Assessor for the Yali west Africa cohort (6) selection process. He Currently Works a Human Resource Manager With Push Africa Initiative while Drawing Winning Market entry for Push Africa’s Fashion Wing. He’s an Advisory Board Member at Cryptonomax LLC and African Objectivism Movement, Where He functions as Customer Support Specialist. In 2018, He won the Yerima Balla Award for Youth Development. He has extensively over 9years of experience in training cum Social Development related activities.
He’s actively involved in offering mentorship on STEM, cryptocurrency, Leadership, Training Education, Agribusiness and peace building. He Serves as a Mentor on UK’s Cypan Buddy Mentorship Program (Commonwealth Youth Peace Network). He was instrumental in the investigative analysis of Jigawa State’s Underestimated and Abadoned Wards in February 2019 Through Data Mining Processing with Jtsme Africa. Esimaje is a 2018 Business Enterpreneurship Fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centre West Africa. Till date, Esimaje has Recruited and manage over 4,500 Talent across multiple sectors as an HR Consultant. He’s passionate about Providing Digital Jobs to young Talents remotely, he’s personally procured over 182+ jobs to members of the public Across borders within 14months.
