First face to face Meeting of SI4DEV Ikot Ekpene Location Group

Report on our first face to face meeting

Our first face to face meeting of SI4DEV Ikot Ekpene location group that took place at 4, Umo Obot Road, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.

Attendance: Five members were physically present.

Samuel Akpan, Emediong, Udeme, Glory, and Wisdom.

Tendy Ikpe was unavoidably absent.

Discussion: We discussed on the need to holding our meeting henceforth as directed by the program manager. The budget for #GYSD event approved was #11,000. Mr. Akpan, the coordinator Ikot Ekpene location group and other members present promised to contribute the money so as to be able to hold the event. The event is billed to commence on Ikot Ekpene main market, motor park and finally to city plaza.

Follow up: We will be visiting primary health centres, local government secretariat, markets to create awareness on waste management.
