Aiyekusehin Beauty Monisola is the proprietor of Betharbel Montessori school, a child care centre based in Bayelsa state. She is also the CEO of Beth-arbel concepts an Events management outfit, and the founder and Executive Director of Beth-arbel foundation an NGO that reaches out to enhance the health of women and children, increase income and bring out sustainable change through education and empowerment.
Monisola obtained her masters degree in international Relations from the prestigious university of Benin in 2014. A YALI RLC Alumni, she is currently the Bayelsa state coordinator of Strategy and Innovation for development Initiative an NGO that empowers community leaders with the needed tools to impact their communities and create positive social change. Monisola is an ambassador of women health with Days for girls international an NGO that Turns Periods Into pathways by changing the status quo through quality menstrual care solutions, health education, and income-generating opportunities that give back days of opportunity. she is an ambassador of change with save and nurture the child care foundation ,she speaks on behalf of the voiceless child and advocates for the rights of deprived children in her community. She is a mother of five kids
Over the past one year Monisola has been able to increase the income of over 100 households through vocational skills training on cakes and pastries, Ankara crafts and leather works. She works with young people and constantly ensures that they speak up especially with cases of Abuse and any form of gender based violence. During the covid 19 pandemic,Through her work in Betharbel foundation,strategy and innovation for development initiative and save and nuture the child care foundation, Monisola has been able to reach over 3000 persons during the covid-19 pandemic, from sharing of food palliatives, to distribution of face mask, as well as carrying out sensitization in the market place for tricycle drivers and market women.

My driving force in life is to leave others better than I met them,being privileged to volunteer with SI4DEV since 2018 gave me the opportunity to bring my passion to reality.
I will encourage every young person to make meaningful impact,nomatter how little and in whatever capacity,your little effort can be a turning point in someone’s destiny.
