KADUNA LOCATION MEET UP FOR HAPPY LEARNER’S PROJECT PLANNING

The meeting started by 2:30pm and immediately the main agenda of the day was thrown to the table for deliberation.

Musa, reported to the House on the proposal submitted to the education board and it outcome to be known by Wednesday.

Veronica presented the Drug Abuse Campaign Placards to the house too and it was a well done job.

The deliberation which centers on the main event of the program (Happy Learner’s Project) on children’s day.

The events include;
1. Games (Blind Train and Secret Leader)

2. Capacity Building

3. Drug Abuse Campaign

4. Hand Wash

The whole essence of this events is make sure the impact is made while the children catch fun while learning.

DELEGATION OF ROLES
After deciding the events of the program, delegation of role was made according to individuals strength zone.

Musa Abubakar will handle the Drug Abuse Campaign

Treasure Emmanuel will handle the Hand Wash and the Games

Chuks Clement will handle Capacity Building

Idah Idoko will be the event Coordinator.

Ukaigweh Roberts will introduce SI4DEV, it aim and objective.

Veronica will make the Closing Remark .

DRAWING OF BUDGET
The financial implication of running the program was deliberated and was discussed among partners to know the way forward.

CONCLUSION
Though the stretched more than as planned but the outcome was positive.
