Report for the local community needs assessment in Yenogoa, Bayelsa.

Assessment began on the 20th of March to 6th April in five different locations of Yenagoa local govenment,
The assessment took place as follows:
Yenegwe town 60 assement sheets were sent out but only 40 sheets was returned, assessment was carried out by Aiyekusehin monisola.
In Igbogene 50 assessment sheets were sent out but 43 sheets were returned.


Assessment was carried out by Jennifer Micheal in Agbura town which had 50 assessment sheets sent out and 38 sheets were returned. Assessment was concluded in these areas on the 30th of March.

The assessment continued on Monday 2nd of April in Baybridge Kpansia where 70 assessment forms given out and 42 was completed.

In assessment carried out by Aiyekusehin Monisola on the 4th of April survey forms were taken to Tombia town where 50 forms were given out and 40 completed.

Assessment was carried out by Henry Afor and ended on Friday 6th in Tombia village. A total of 280 survey forms went out and 205 forms were completed.
At the end of the assessment the whole forms was collated and the local community needs assessment analysis was done by Aiyekusehin monisola on the 9th of April.
